Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

We are committed to preventing our platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, corruption, sanctions evasion, or any other criminal activity.

LAMERZA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent with applicable AML regulations.

Source of Funds

Customers may be required to demonstrate that all funds used through the platform originate from legitimate and lawful sources.

Source of Wealth

Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)

Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) may be applied to customers classified as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), their family members, or close associates.

High-Risk Jurisdictions

LAMERZA reserves the right to decline transactions involving countries or jurisdictions considered high risk under applicable AML regulations or international sanctions programs.

Suspicious Transactions

LAMERZA may:

All customers may be screened against relevant sanctions lists before transactions are approved.

Warranties given by every customer using the platform.

By using the LAMERZA platform, customers declare and warrant that:

  • All funds originate from lawful business activities.
  • Funds are not derived from criminal conduct.
  • Funds are not connected to money laundering.
  • Funds are not related to terrorist financing.
  • Funds are not connected with fraud.
  • Funds are not linked to corruption.
  • Funds are not connected with bribery.
  • Funds are not derived from human trafficking.
  • Funds are not derived from illegal arms trading.
  • Funds are not connected with narcotics trafficking.
  • Funds comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

LAMERZA may request documentary evidence supporting these declarations at any time.

Payment Policy

Approved banking channels and accepted payment methods.

LAMERZA accepts payments through approved banking channels.

Supported payment methods may include:

  • SEPA Credit Transfer
  • SEPA B2B Direct Debit
  • SWIFT International Transfers
  • Corporate Bank Transfers

Payments from third parties may be rejected.

LAMERZA reserves the right to refuse any payment that does not satisfy our compliance requirements.

SEPA B2B Direct Debit Terms

Mandate conditions for automated installment collection.

Customers using installment financing authorize LAMERZA through a signed SEPA B2B Direct Debit Mandate.

The customer agrees that:

  • Installments may be collected automatically.
  • A valid Creditor Identifier (CID) will be used.
  • Payment dates are specified in the financing agreement.
  • Failed collections may result in additional charges or default procedures.
  • Customers remain responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in their business bank account.

Acceptable Use Policy

LAMERZA reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds, source of wealth, corporate ownership, beneficial ownership, banking relationships, and any additional documentation necessary to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), Know Your Customer (KYC), sanctions, fraud prevention, tax compliance, and financial crime regulations.

LAMERZA may refuse, suspend, delay, cancel, or terminate any transaction or business relationship where required information is not provided, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful activity or non-compliance with applicable laws.

Compliance with these requirements is a mandatory condition for using the LAMERZA platform and its services.
