Our Services

Vessel Chartering & Leasing

Vessel chartering and leasing support matched to corporate operational requirements.

Service scope

Commercial support built around your requirement

We support corporate customers with short-term and long-term commercial vessel requirements. The service is structured around the intended operation, vessel profile, operating area, period and commercial terms required by professional counterparties.

LAMERZA supports corporate customers seeking commercial vessels for defined cargo, project or operational requirements.

We coordinate commercial discussions, requirement documentation and communication between relevant professional counterparties for short-term and long-term arrangements.

Commercial benefits

Requirement-led search

The commercial brief begins with vessel type, operating area, timing and intended use.

Structured communication

Commercial terms and operating requirements are coordinated between professional parties.

Flexible periods

Support is available for both defined short-term needs and longer operating requirements.

Our Approach

Reliable Maritime & Logistics Coordination

LAMERZA develops a clear requirement brief before coordinating relevant commercial discussions. Vessel suitability, timing, operating obligations, documentation and proposed terms are considered with the parties involved in the arrangement.

LAMERZA works with corporate customers, shipping operators, cargo owners, freight forwarders, traders and logistics partners.

Pricing and payment

How quotations, payment and VAT work

How your quotation is calculated

  • Cargo type, weight, volume and packing
  • Origin, destination, ports and inland legs
  • Incoterms and which party carries which cost
  • Equipment type and whether special handling is needed
  • Sailing schedule, transit time and urgency
  • Customs clearance, duties and documentation
  • Insurance cover, if requested
  • Carrier surcharges: fuel, currency, congestion, peak season

Payment and tax

  • Pricing is quotation-based — every scope is priced individually and confirmed in writing before booking.
  • Quotations state the total charge, the currency (EUR, USD or PLN) and how long the price is valid.
  • New customers pay in advance against a proforma invoice; approved account customers pay within the agreed 14 or 30 day term.
  • Payment by SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer, or by card through a secure external payment gateway where offered.
  • Polish VAT applies at the statutory rate; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse charged; qualifying international transport is zero-rated.
