4. Con chi condividiamo i dati

We share personal data only where it is needed to deliver the service or meet a legal obligation: carriers, shipping lines, port agents, customs brokers, warehouse operators, insurers, banks, accountants, legal advisers, IT and email service providers, and competent authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

5. Trasferimenti internazionali

Shipping is international, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, for example to a port agent or consignee in the destination country. Such transfers are made under an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or because the transfer is necessary to perform the contract with you (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR).

6. Conservazione dei dati

• Registri contabili e fiscali: 5 anni dalla fine dell'anno fiscale di riferimento, come richiesto dalla legge polacca
• Registri AML e KYC: 5 anni dal termine del rapporto commerciale
• Fascicoli contrattuali e di spedizione: per la durata del rapporto e il relativo periodo di prescrizione applicabile
• Richieste che non danno luogo a un contratto: fino a 24 mesi
• Dati di marketing: fino alla revoca del consenso

7. I suoi diritti

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

We respond to requests within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Sicurezza

This website is served over HTTPS/TLS. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel, systems are access-controlled and we apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk.

9. Fornitura dei dati

Providing business contact and compliance data is a contractual and statutory requirement. Without it, we cannot accept a booking or issue an invoice.
