Come pagare la prenotazione
Ogni servizio è fatturato da LAMERZA SHIPPING SERVICES Sp. z o.o. a fronte di un preventivo scritto. Questa pagina spiega i metodi accettati, le valute, le tempistiche, il trattamento IVA e come verificare che le istruzioni di pagamento siano autentiche.
Bonifico bancario
SEPA transfer in EUR, domestic transfer in PLN, or SWIFT transfer for international payments. Our bank account details are printed on the proforma or commercial invoice issued for your booking. We do not publish account numbers on this website.
Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference and pay from an account held in the name of the contracting company.
Pagamento con carta
Where card payment is offered for a service, it is processed by an external PCI DSS compliant payment gateway on a secure page. LAMERZA never sees or stores full card numbers, and card details are never taken by email or telephone.

Valute, fatturazione e IVA
- Pricing is quotation-based — every scope is priced individually and confirmed in writing before booking.
- Quotations state the total charge, the currency (EUR, USD or PLN) and how long the price is valid.
- I nuovi clienti pagano anticipatamente a fronte di fattura proforma; i clienti con conto approvato pagano entro il termine concordato di 14 o 30 giorni.
- Payment by SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer, or by card through a secure external payment gateway where offered.
- Polish VAT applies at the statutory rate; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse charged; qualifying international transport is zero-rated.

- Incoterms e ripartizione dei costi tra le parti
- Tipo di equipaggiamento e necessità di movimentazione speciale
- Sailing schedule, transit time and urgency
- Sdoganamento, dazi e documentazione
- Copertura assicurativa, se richiesta
- Sovrattasse del vettore: carburante (BAF), valuta (CAF), congestione, alta stagione (PSS)
